It carries mostly porcelain, stone, and adjacent products but also offers installation and design planning services. Under its products menu is something called “surface care” but it doesn’t have any information about it.
There’s a portfolio of its latest projects for clients. There aren’t a lot of photos, but the ones from its residential projects do show a gorgeous array of tile designs and clean, uncluttered installation work.
Italo Ceramique’s Facebook page has a more extensive portfolio of works and separate albums dedicated to its renovation projects. There are gorgeous before and after photos of remodelled and retiled bathrooms, kitchens, and other parts of its clients’ homes.
We just wish this kind of attention to detail will be carried over onto its official website because it has an unfinished look and feel at the moment.

Did a beautiful job
“Excellent service! Orlando and Betty are very nice to help us choose the right granite and marble for our new house. They fabricated and installed all granite countertops, ceramic tiles for my new bathrooms and kitchens, especially the center island which is huge and complicated shape/circle cut. They did a beautiful job. They also have good sources to import high-quality Brazilian mahogany that is very hard to find in Ottawa. They supply and installed over 4000 thousand sqft Santos Mahogany to prompt my new house to higher class and value. Much appreciated guys!” – Eric Gao

Euro Tile and Stone Ottawa has been a Better Business Bureau accredited ceramic tile contractor since 2002. But it’s got plenty more reasons why it made it to this listicle.
For starters, it has in-house specialists who can work with both commercial and residential clients. They also take pride in being able to work with a range of professionals such as architects, contractors, designers, renovators, and builders because they’re updated on industry trends and new products.
For another, it’s got an impressive range of floor and wall tile products, as well as installation tools and accessories. For higher-end projects, there’s a separate category for luxury brands that include Roberto Cavalli, Valentino, and others.
Potential clients can browse through the company’s products catalogue using helpful filters. For instance, tiles can be selected by size, colour, shape, finish, material, look, and use.
The downside is that it can’t be browsed by price, which is noticeably missing from its website. Most client feedback does heap praises at Euro Tile and Stone’s quality of products and services but carefully mention how pricey most of the tiles are.
Salespeople knew what they were talking about
“Came across this place looking for countertops. It’s like it opened a whole new world of tile for me. So much effort was put into the showroom. Salespeople really knew what they were talking about. The selection was astounding. Prices were not the cheapest but you can find very unique tiles.” – Logan T.
Selection has to be the biggest in Ottawa
“The showroom at euro tile and stone will make you want to tile your whole house. The selection has to be the biggest in Ottawa. So many beautiful choices, it’s kind of overwhelming. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside is that it’s not cheap by any means.” – Adam S.
