“A little over a year ago I had broken my hand quite severely and after a visit to the ER learned that surgery was the only way to fix it. Dr. Chitte explained the two options for how this surgery would go down – full open hand surgery with plates used to reconnect my metacarpals; or his preference of non invasive surgery using small incisions and surgical pins to carefully realign my bones. He was successful in the non invasive surgery and a year a half later, with some post operative therapy, my hand is functional and with very little scaring. “Ottawa skin clinic goes above and beyond! I had my first hydra facial here. She did an amazing job and my skin never looked better. I asked my esthetician if she could manually remove my blackheads for me and she was able to remove 95% of my blackheads (painful but worth it). For its Ultherapy procedures, we were able to find out that Concept Medical only uses the latest technology. This lessens the possibility of swelling and small bruises, which is always a plus for potential customers.
The clinic also offers other treatments that are not related to skincare. Migraine treatment and laser treatments are available for those who need them.
The clinic’s customer service is also top notch and that is probably why it won the Consumer Choice Award of 2021.
The receptionist is able to explain what kind of procedures the clinic is able to offer over the phone, and that convenient feature is also one of the reasons we put it on this list.
The staff doing the procedures are also very friendly and accommodating, which gives patients more confidence in the procedure.
