Honest in their approach

We had an IT company that we were dealing with for close to 6 years. Their service quality dropped and we decided to shop around. Came across ALT and right from the start we were very impressed with how professionally they handled the situation. We signed up for their managed support plan (going on almost 2 years now) and are very happy with everything they do and how they do it: it is night and day compared to what we’ve had before (even at the best of times!). He’s also certified in Fiber Optic and Copper Cabling.

Problems he can solve include virus removal, slow computers, Mac and Apple support, laptop screen replacement, phone and tablet repairs, and laptop repairs.

His other services are POS support, website design and management, network cabling installation, IPTV subscription service, and remote support.
