However, aside from colour selection, there were not enough details as to customization options of their door offerings on their site. They could have mentioned finishing options, hardware, transoms, sidelites, among many other things. 

Remember: a lot of clients want to see the options up-front now, because they’re used to researching service providers online. That you have to ask for a catalogue first is a bit outdated nowadays.
