During my phone inquiry asking about two lamp repairs, I was politely warned they have many repair projects lined up with a 2-3 wk return time. I took my chances, arrived in the aft and was incredibly surprised that when Faye (the technician) was consulted at the front desk, she came out, assessed them quickly, went back, returned within 5min (I kid you not!) and warned me that the broken base of one is going to have some life yet, but to handle with extreme care etc. When she said ‘that’s it’ I was done. She explained it was faster for her to address the issue on the spot than to find room in her workspace to add these. Wow!The helpful assistant found two finials I needed, pointed me to another business where I could buy suitable lamp shades and I spent just under $30.
