“We have been taking our boys to Chantal for over 10 years. Even though they could be reactive, she managed them with no difficulty. She has always been calm yet in control with them. Her confidence made them feel secure. Sometimes they were matted by the time they got to Furry Friends but Chantal always managed to clean them up and make them handsome once again. “I was quite nervous about leaving our babies with a stranger as the first time we did this (2 years ago at another kitty hotel) seemed to traumatized them. Not the case with the Cat’s Paradise. From the photos I saw of our kitties – you could tell that they were at ease. When we picked them up; they seemed content to just stay! I was quite impressed when Hana said that they were going to move them to another room so they could use their water fountain – but this seemed to cause them stress; so they left them in the room they were comfortable in.
