Professional and pleasant
I am a beginner cyclist with no knowledge whatsoever of what kind of bike and supplies that I needed. Lino took the time to help me figure out what my best options for me were. I had a lot of questions and insecurities, but Lino was exceptionally patient with me. I recently also had to bring my son’s bike in for repairs twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times, I was greeted promptly by staff, in both French and English. Very professional and pleasant staff. Both times I was there for repairs, the problems were taken care of within 10 min. I bought my bike at Giant four years ago. Still riding the bike and thoroughly enjoying it. Their yearly tune-up is a great service and if something extra has to be done on the bike, you can rely on them to do repairs. If something isn’t working, they track it down and fix it.
