“Brought two pairs of boots in at around 3. He told me they’d be done for tomorrow. Problem is one of them is a pair of work boots I needed by the next day. I let him know and he said they’d be done by 6. Went back at 6 expecting only one pair to be done. Little did I know they were both done and looking basically brand new.
