The company is great for small to medium-sized businesses. It offers short-term and long-term contracts and is also open to government offices, educational institutions, etc.

It offers All-In Print Plans where businesses can enjoy a single invoice that bundles the total costs of everything, including toners, parts, service, and maintenance of any rented printer.

The print and software solutions it offers aren’t just effective in reducing costs, but it’s environment-friendly too! It partnered with Lexmark and Sheridan college to ensure reduced carbon footprints and energy consumption when you choose its services.

What we liked the most is its 90-day buyer protection plan. If your team isn’t satisfied with the product after more than a few days or weeks, it can be swapped for a different model instead.

Went above and beyond

“Dan went above and beyond in helping me to decide what I should do  with regard my existing Brother MFC L9550 CDW.  This machine was originally purchased from the Office Doctor in 2013 and has performed perfectly, however was going to need a complete set of new toner cartridges. I called The Office Doctor and Dan spent the time to give me information to determine if I should just purchase new toner cartridges or purchase a replacement unit since my current printer’s drum etc. would need to be replaced shortly. Based on the information that I found and gave to Dan, he determined that I did not need to replace our current unit at this time and a new set of toner cartridges would be sufficient.
