Don’t Miss Out: Register Today for Rugby Canada’s Community Events in Ottawa!

In anticipation of the 2023 World Rugby Pacific Four Series, an array of community events in the Ottawa region has been prepared for all rugby fans!

This is done in collaboration with the Canada Women’s Rugby Team, New Zealand, Australia, and the USA, Rugby Canada, World Rugby, and Rugby Ontario.

These community rugby events aim to provide a unique platform for both new and seasoned rugby players, coaches, and referees in Eastern Ontario. The events offer opportunities to experience rugby in innovative and exciting ways.

One of the initiatives planned is the Ball Giveaway program, where local clubs and volunteers will distribute over 3,000 rugby balls to more than 300 schools in late June.

It aims to cultivate the growth and legacy of rugby in Ottawa, equipping local schools with the equipment to introduce and sustain rugby programs for many years.

By fostering engagement, Rugby Canada, Rugby Ontario, and World Rugby are committed to empowering those who aspire to be part of the rugby community. These events serve as a stepping stone towards a more inclusive and vibrant rugby culture.
