Direct Flights from London to Ottawa Returns This March 2025
Air Canada is launching direct flights from London-Heathrow to Ottawa in March 2025, reconnecting the Canadian Capital to Europe. The flights are expected to operate on a seasonal basis, which will extend only up to October 2025.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, this will be the first time direct flights from London to Ottawa will be available. This is set to boost the capital’s reputation as a premier destination for business and leisure.

Air Canada will be using its Boeing 787 Dreamliner on these flights, known for its fuel efficiency and comfortable amenities. Aside from having spacious cabins and gourmet meals, these planes have in-flight WiFi to keep everyone calm, entertained, and happy.
Direct flights from London to Ottawa are expected to resume on March 31. Initially, Air Canada will be offering 2 flights per week for each direction.
Although operations are seasonal for now, there is potential for it to be a year-round service, depending on the demand.
