Big Bang Festival Is Back in Ottawa This February 15 and 16, 2025
The Big Bang Festival returns to Ottawa on February 15 and 16, bringing more fun, laughter, and music for the entire family to enjoy.
Like previous years, the festivities will take place at the National Arts Centre. The building will transform into a big maze, full of interactive experiences, mini-concerts, and sound machines in every corner.

One of the most exciting experiences for kids and grown-ups is Tone the Colours. It’s an interactive musical journey, where you’ll be asked to put on headphones and choose your favorite track before you step into the exhibit and move to the beat.
Don’t miss the costume ball—Party Animals. At the costume shop, you can pick the funkiest outfit with animal prints, glow-in-the-dark ponchos, and other fabulous accessories.
Then, you can hit the dance floor and jive to the electrifying beats of Afro-House, Indigenous North American, Electro-Cumbia, and Middle Eastern House music.
Big Bang Festival takes place on February 15 from 11 AM to 5:30 and February 16 from 10:30 AM to 5 PM. Most of the activities are free for all, but there are ticketed events as well.
