Customer Reviews
Good service
“Cannot say enough good things about this place. I came here for an immigration medical exam and the doctor was very down-to-earth and reassuring. I didn’t feel condescended to or unsure of what was being asked at all. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!” –Alyssa Ahrens
Professional
“I had an appointment for my Working Holiday Visa, medical, chest X-ray and blood work. I arrived 15-10mins early. All the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful! The doctor was very nice and the women at the immigration office were super busy but still so level headed and kind. The woman doing my chest X-ray and the woman doing my blood work took extra steps to make sure I had the best X-ray and blood work with no mistakes, so there’s very little chance I’ll have to go back and do anything over again.” – Amanda Fox

Great service
“I’m so happy to have my family doctor at this centre. The service is great. The lady Mira( who works with Dr. Adel Allaw) is so kind and cooperative. She always answer the phone, returns calls, schedule appointments very fast, most of the times for the same day we request to see the doctor. I’m really happy with the services and so thankful.
Thank you very much you deserve the best.” – Hiba Zayed
Grateful
“So grateful to still have this Clinic to serve us. The Staff are pleasant the Dr. Well presented and knowledgeable. To see people dump on them and take them for granted I say, perhaps you should try their job for a day, respect and kindness are easy , and when you are sick be thankful you have a place to go and be taken care of.” – Donna Nash

Quick process
“This is the best, and fastest, clinic I’ve been to in Ottawa. I don’t have a family doctor and needed to go to the clinic multiple times for the completion of items for school, and I didn’t wait any longer than 15-20 minutes during each visit. I arrived each time a little before they opened and stood in line. The process was quick once they opened the doors. Check in is simple – you use an IPAD and put in information. Doctors, nurses, receptionists are polite and I got everything I needed. This clinic is a gem. Would recommended to anyone looking for fast and good service.” – Sherry F.
Excellent
“I went to the walk in clinic and checked in at about 2:15 – I got the tests I needed and my prescription filled in the same building by 3:25. Typically I expect a longer wait at walk ins (2-4 hours) but I was really impressed at how swiftly this clinic moved. The doctor was clear and concise, and moved me along at a great pace. Really impressed with this clinic at being able to accommodate so many patients on a short notice. Would recommend!” – Erin A.
