Porto A Casa has been a Barrhaven favorite for years! I have many fond memories of driving to the neighborhood just to get a taste of their mouth-watering Italian food.

They closed in 2021, and a lot of fans were saddened by the news. However, it seems they heard the outcry and have recently reopened!

Their array of stuffed pastas is definitely not to be missed. I still dream about the tortellini gorgonzola every night or so, and I’m sure you will too after you get a taste. This cheesy delight will have you counting down the hours until your next visit.

By the way, a reservation is required in order to dine in, so make sure to call beforehand. Otherwise, you can always order takeaway!
