And then, I usually dig into tôm ram khớm, a mouth-watering stir-fried dish with sautéed shrimp, along with other vibrant flavors like pineapple, pepper, and fish sauce.

If I’m feeling a little indulgent, I’d get myself a strawberry bubble tea for dessert. I don’t usually finish it because I’m quite full by then, so I end up taking it to go while I wander around, sipping on the sweet, fruity goodness.
